Mr. Jones concentrates his legal practice in the areas of estate planning, foreclosures, litigation, landlord/tenant disputes, lien foreclosures, quiet title actions, commercial and residential real estate, corporations, business law, general litigation, corporate and limited liability corporate formations, contract law, commercial transactions, partition actions, and asset protection.
Ms. Haber concentrates her real estate practice assisting clients with the purchase and sale of real property. She is extremely passionate about her work and has extensive experience representing clients through loss mitigation options such as loan modifications, short sales, deeds in lieu of foreclosure, and foreclosure settlements. She represents clients through the practice of drafting real estate contracts, issuing title insurance, residential and commercial lending, and handling traditional residential and complex commercial closings. She continues to assist in the residential short sale process for primary residences and investment properties, as well as commercial short sales.
Mr. Rollings concentrates his legal practice in areas of commercial real estate, commercial financing, residential real estate, wills, trust, estate planning, probate, corporations, limited liability companies, business law, condominium law, contracts, and real property title insurance. Mr. Rollings is also a Florida-certified circuit court mediator and court-appointed arbitrator. Mr. Rollings has extensive experience representing clients in a variety of areas.
